PASSENGER RIGHTS

Please make sure to check that the date, time and all other travel details on your ticket are correct, and do not forget to sign your ticket when you receive it.

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the departure time, the full ticket price will be refunded. For cancellations made up to 12 hours before departure, an open ticket valid for 12 months will be issued instead of a refund.

If your outbound and return tickets are purchased as “open” and are not used within 6 months, they will become invalid.

No items may be carried outside the sections of the vehicle that are designated for luggage.

Regardless of weight, please do not request the transportation of items such as bundles, garden sacks, crates, tin containers, liquids, odorous, explosive, radioactive or flammable materials, or cinema films. If such items are not accepted for carriage, the refund of your ticket is not possible.

You may carry up to 2 pieces of personal luggage with a total weight of 30 kg free of charge. The transportation of any additional luggage depends on the available space in the luggage compartment. Please note that your luggage will be tagged according to the seat number shown on your ticket.

CARRIAGE OF PETS

Pet companions such as vaccinated cats, dogs (excluding dangerous breeds) and birds (goldfinch, budgerigar or canary) may travel with you inside our buses, provided they are in locked cages not exceeding 23 x 30 x 40 cm.

Your pet may travel with you either on your lap with its cage, on the floor in front of your seat, or on the adjacent seat, provided that you purchase that seat at the standard fare.

Pets that do not meet the relevant conditions may only be carried in the luggage compartment, in special cages, sedated under veterinary supervision, and only after a letter of consent has been signed. Otherwise, for the health of our animal friends and the safety of our other passengers, our company reserves the right not to provide transportation.

Please make sure you carry your pet’s health certificate and vaccination card with you and present them to staff when requested.

To ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers and our animal friends:

We cannot carry a cat and a dog, or a cat and a bird, on the same bus.

A dog and a bird may be transported on the same bus, but we will seat them as far away from each other as possible. If necessary, we may change your seat to achieve this.
