TICKET CANCELLATION, DISCOUNTS, AND CHANGES
Disabled Passenger Tickets
In accordance with the law, passengers with a disability rating of 40% or above are eligible for discounted ticket fares. Passengers must present an ID or official document proving their disability status to the staff at our ticket sales office when purchasing their ticket.
Discounted disabled tickets are available only at physical ticket sales locations.
Child Tickets
By law, children between the ages of 6 and 12 receive a 30% discount on the ticket price. The parent requesting the discounted ticket must present the child’s identification to the staff at our ticket sales office.
Discounted child tickets are available only at physical ticket sales locations.
Expired Tickets
No rights or refunds can be claimed for tickets whose date and time have already passed.
Cancellation Rules (According to Highway Transportation Law No. 4925)
Cancellation requests made 24 hours or more before departure will be fully refunded.
Cancellation requests made up to 12 hours before departure will be converted into an open ticket valid for 6 months.
No refunds are issued for open tickets.
Open tickets that are not used within 6 months are considered forfeited.
Reservation and Ticket Information
When making a reservation or buying your ticket, please provide accurate information. After your ticket is issued, check all details on both the front and back before accepting it. All information printed on the ticket is considered accepted by the passenger.
If you do not purchase your reserved ticket before the reservation’s expiration date and time, the system will automatically cancel your reservation.
Seat Usage Rules for Children
Children between 0 and 12 years of age are not allowed to sit in seats numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4, as it is considered unsafe.
